America's status as the greatest nation in history can be attributed to the power of ingenuity. Inventors flourish in an environment of freedom and opportunity and everybody benefits from their work . Fostering creativity should be a fundamental goal of our government . Everything we have today, not just in America , but our entire civilization , is based on the brilliant ideas of people who envisioned a better way .

The future belongs to the companies and nations that value their inventors.

My name is JO 753. I founded ZOL in 1994 to capitalize on my own talent for mechanical design. It has always been my belief that people need to find their best talent & develop it for the good of the world as well as their own enrichment.

As anybody who has worked in corporate America knows, far too often jobs & people are mismatched. Consequently, the jobs are not done well and the people doing them are bored or even miserable. Even if one starts out with a job that suits them perfectly, in 5, 10 or 20 years, they are wondering if they could be doing something different. The problem is that the way things are set up, changing careers is financially difficult. Employers judge applicants on years of experience more than anything else, and therefor perpetuate a culture of mediocre work & unhappy employees.
